Refund policy
If you are ever unhappy with your gift or purchase of fresh flowers or plants please contact us by phone and we would be happy to discuss the problem with you and work out an agreeable solution. We are always here to answer any care or longevity questions you may have. As each flower has its own unique care and lifespan our replacement policies vary from full to partial replacements if we feel they have not “lived up to our expectations”.
If you or your intended recipient have any known allergies to flowers please specify. If we are not previously informed we will not provide refund for any flowers that may cause a reaction. We will however add a note to your file for future orders to prevent it from happening again!
